Hi, there. I'm back. This is my very first post. Hhoaahh.. I'm dying for writing. Fyi, I stopped writing for a year. So, I start to write (again) from now. Hope you enjoy my writing. :)
Anyway, the reason that I'm coming back is ...well, long story.
At my 25th birthday, my very-best-friend, Ibil, bilang kalo gue ini payah. Karna di umur 25 ini I still didn't know what supposed to do. Jeng jeng jeng. Haha. At the same time, I've joined with my office's CSR activities. I learned to write it down every single things that I plan. Dan..ajaibnya gue ngerasa feel better after I write it down. Gue jadi sadar apa yang sebenernya pengen gue lakuin, yang pengen gue achieve in my life. So, thanks bang Ibil. You've made me realize. Haha.
After that, my friend, Farida, had wrote about writing session in her Facebook account. Iseng-iseng baca tentang writing session yang dia buat. It's about write to heal. We have to write for 20 minutes continously. Everything that we want to write. Tanpa berhenti. Tanpa banyak berpikir. Bener-bener menulis apapun yang ada di pikiran kita. Kita nggak perlu memikirikan tata bahasa, kata-kata yang sesuai atau ejaan yang disempurnakan. Menurut penelitian (okay, I'll do further elaborate about this research), metode ini bisa membantu kita untuk mampu meregulasi emosi. It looks so serious but it's fun. Tiap session nya kita bisa share (kalo emang mau share) tentang tulisan kita. So far, I feel much better after this session.
Dan setelah dipikirkan secara matang, I want to come back. I wanna blogging again. So here I am. :)
